Although the web-site's content isn't very helpful at first, you soon see the overlying metaphoric lesson gained from it. They aren't in service NOW, but hey, hair cuts are timeless and have been important throughout history, so its something we'll overlook.  Equal Dollars Did you know that you can buy everything from stained glass to baked goods with hair cuts? I bet you didn't! Well you can, that is, if you are insane. This web-site was evidently written in the middle-ages or before money was invented, as can be seen by the web design techniques. This web-site is very informative if you trying to find out why Japanese people are out of their minds. Apparently "hair cut" is something cool to say in a Japanese message board.
