 As some of you have expressed an interest in what it is I do for a living and sometimes enjoy asking me questions, I thought I would show you what I do for a living. This was written by me and will be argued by me in front of the Florida Supreme Court, which will be addressed in Pt. 2. http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/clerk/briefs/2007/1201-1400/07-1375_ansXini.pdf It is long, I know, but try to get through at least page 37 which is after the confession letter and then you can skip to page 59 for the argument part, although you'll miss all the fun suppression issues. |
