People Just Don't Understand

Pay attention because some people don't listen. Sometimes I wish they would listen, how can they do that? They don't listen and then if they do they don't understand or just don't care. One day they will learn though. Then they want you to pay attention and help you out. But it is too late for them. They screwed you over and now you are going to screw them over too. It's what they deserve and then they learn and everything is okay again. But that is besides the point. Do you want to know another secret I never told anyone?

Well one day I went fishing in the lake by my grandparent's log cabin. It was pretty cold and my hands were starting to get pretty cold but I didn't care. I just kept on fishing. Then all of a sudden I got a bite. When I reeled in the line a huge purple fish came up. I was so excited that I had finally caught a fish. Then it quickly said " Look over by the fig tree. I think it will help you out a bit."

When I looked to where it had said there was a neatly placed scarf and a pair of gloves. I didn't really understand how it knew but I was glad. I happily put them on and when I went back the fish was gone. I just hate it when they dissapear I can never ask them anything or at least thank them. But one day I know I will be able to. When I went back to fishing I started catching a whole bunch of fish and was sure it was withe purple fish's help.
When I went back inside with all my fish and new scarf and gloves everyone thought that I had stolen it all. I told them that I honetly caught all those fish but they didn't believe me. They never do. I never said anything about the purple fish bacause I wanted to keep it to myself and I knew they wouldn't understand anyway. They never do.
Anyway, we had a lot of fish for dinner that night. I thank the purple fish for that.(They were delicious thanks for the help.) No one even cared about what I did or even anything about me. But that is how they are so too bad.

- Be wary of new things that are in strange places.
