I was thinking that Black and White are a good combo now!
Well here is an idea for a basis of a deck:
4 Duress
4 Gerrard's Verdict
4 Death Grasp
4 Necrologia
Death Grasp and Verdict net you the life you need to necrologia to your heart's content. Maybe add some recursion elements so you can discard stuff from necrologia by adding Life/Death or Breath of Life, and Yawgmoth's Agenda.
What do you think?

Another Idea: Opposition/Static Orb

Opposition works good with Static Orb. Now how will we get the creaturs we need to make this work?
AEther Mutation may be a good idea but it's 5 mana and a sorcery.
Other ideas: Squirrel Wrangler, Other Mutation cards
????????

Isa been playin IBC with Apoc and Black white green is pretty good. Arena, Verdict, Overgrown Estate, and Desolation Angel, oh and vindicate and other stuff too. I also built a RWU deck with lightning angel and jilt and meddling mage.
Oh BTW, Steve beat me repeatedly with his red/black Invasion/Planeshift deck on Apprentice.

You r definitely on the right track. I saw this BW design on i-gaming:
Creatures (9)
4 Chimeric Idol
3 Nether Spirit
2 Desolation Angel
Spells (30)
4 Gerrard's Verdict
4 Wrath of God
4 Vindicate
4 Phyrexian Arena
4 Dark Ritual
3 Duress
3 Gerrard's Wisdom
3 Death Grasp
1 Yawgmoth's Agenda
Land (22)
10 Swamp
7 Plains
4 Caves of Koilos
1 Kor Haven
It looks pretty strong to me but i like Necrolagia too. Maybe not 4 though. Gerrard's Wisdon is some good too.
